sleeves to create real, hands-on impact. As we move toward an IPO in 2025, we’re making a

major investment in our Search and Personalization product — and we’re seeking an experienced

product leader to drive our Search and Personalization product.

What you’ll do

• Build a world-class search and personalization experience, improving the entire search and personalization journey from user profiling, query understanding to AI/ML-driven results for food and grocery delivery
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver user value and business impact
• Own the Search and Personalization product end-to-end and proactively dive into key metrics, analyze performance, identify root causes, and use data to persistently drive improvements and innovations
• Grow and lead a team

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software product management and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products, especially in ML-driven Search, Personalization, or Ads
• Strong business judgment with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product prioritization
• Action-oriented, execution-focused, and being hands-on to get things done
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and leading projects from start to finish
• Proficient in English

• A technical degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or analytical degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or related fields
• Experience working with teams from different nationalities and in different locations
• Entrepreneurial experience
