About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead our organization's technology function and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leadership role is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, software development, and technology operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and technology modernization.
• Establish IT governance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security best practices.
• Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT vendors, technology investments, and the department's annual budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing enterprise IT teams.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
• Experience supporting shared services or multi-business organizations is an advantage.
• MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

• Agriculture
• Travel Management
• Medical Equipment
• Diversified or Multi-Business Organizations
