Onward Search is partnering with a leading technology-driven organization to develop innovative healthcare and enterprise AI solutions. The Senior AI/ML Full Stack Engineer will design and build scalable AI applications and full-stack systems, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, data integrations, authentication, and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI and machine learning solutions integrating large language models, structured and unstructured data, and cloud services

Build responsive user interfaces and backend services that support AI-driven applications

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and implement data integrations and authentication mechanisms

Automate application lifecycle management through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including build, testing, security, and deployment processes

Follow best practices in software engineering, including modular architecture, version control, automated testing, logging, observability, and security

Required

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with hands-on experience developing production-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications

Proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic search, embeddings, and evaluation metrics

Experience building full-stack applications, including modern front-end frameworks, backend services, REST APIs, and secure authentication

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, or OCI

Familiarity with containerized deployment using Docker and tools like Terraform, Airflow, and comparable MLOps and cloud technologies
