Lead technical design and architecture for products within the Software Platform team.
Design, implement, and maintain end to end software systems, spanning the entire product vertical: front-end engineering, back-end engineering, cloud engineering, testing / test automation, and system administration.
Design, implement, and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting systems, to ensure reliability, availability of software products.
Own code review process and enforce engineering standards across the team.
Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
Help design and drive the team’s operational processes: including agile methodologies, support functions, and incident response processes.

5+ years experience in software engineering, with professional experience in frontend, backend, and cloud engineering.
Expert-level knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
Strong Terraform skills, including module development and state management.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills: written, public speaking, and interpersonal.
Familiarity with security and compliance in cloud environments.
A product-driven mindset, putting customer experience and value first

Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.
Experience building IoT applications.
Experience building applications deployed to air-gapped or offline environments.
