Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
Minimum of 7 years of full-stack development experience
Ruby on Rails experience required
Experience in developing rich client functionality with strong working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
Experience with HTML, CSS, and cross-browser layout skills
Experience of the full web technology stack
JavaScript/jQuery experience
Mobile site/application development experience
Responsive web development experience
3 years of eCommerce experience preferred
Familiarity with advanced SQL queries
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Prioritizing key initiatives and hitting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees within and across departments
Highly self-motivated with a sense of urgency, bias for action and anticipatory qualities
