Support and enhance enterprise applications and system integrations
Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions and system configurations
Troubleshoot application and integration issues
Support testing efforts
Maintain solution documentation

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of experience in application support, ERP systems, or system integration environments
Experience collaborating across IT and business teams
Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise application integrations
Hands-on expertise with APIs, JSON/XML, RESTful services, and middleware or iPaaS integration platforms
Strong comprehension of business processes, including finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and order management
