Senior Webflow Developer [Freelance]

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Web Developer to build and maintain job sites and the integrations between our ATS and other tools.

The core of this role is data synchronization

making sure vacancies, candidates, and statuses flow reliably across platforms, and that the public site reflects that information in real time. You will work on Webflow as the foundation and automate processes with n8n and REST APIs.

Advanced English Level Required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain job sites on Webflow CMS, including dynamic job listings, filters, and detail pages.
• Design and implement integrations with ATS systems (for example, publishing vacancies, capturing applications, updating statuses).
• Build data synchronization flows between Webflow, the ATS, and external services using n8n and REST APIs.
• Consume and transform data in XML and JSON formats across the different platforms.
• Extend Webflow functionality through the Webflow API and custom JavaScript.
• Implement advanced CMS features (filtering, pagination, search) with Finsweet Attributes.
• Set up and maintain tracking and events with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Version all work with Git / GitHub and document integrations and automations.
• Diagnose and resolve synchronization failures, webhook issues, and API call errors.

• Experience with data synchronization across multiple platforms and services.
• Experience building or maintaining job sites (job boards, career sites, vacancy portals).

• Experience with webhooks and handling third-party API rate limits.
• Understanding of technical SEO for dynamic content sites.
• Good practices around handling candidate personal data and privacy.
• Ability to document and leave reproducible processes for the team.
