• IT assistance and troubleshooting for end users
• Management of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Network support and IT infrastructure
• Device deployment and user account management
• Support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP
• Odoo CRM assistance
• Documentation and asset management for IT
• IT governance and cybersecurity initiatives
• ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are examples of AI productivity tools.
• Initiatives for digitalization and technological advancement
• Organize hardware purchases, repairs, and warranty claims with vendors.
• Support may be needed on the weekends or after hours for emergencies or system upgrades.
• Accountability and duty to react quickly to serious IT issues and endeavor to restore services with the least amount of disruption to business operations.

Job Requirements

• A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
• One to three years of relevant IT experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment support
• Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure and networking
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence
• Capacity to operate both independently and productively in a small team
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools, Odoo CRM, Power Automate, Intune, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be beneficial.
