Help us ensure the reliability of Ajaib's fintech platform, serving millions of Indonesian investors. You'll lead a team to maintain operational excellence and build trust through robust infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, with 2+ years managing engineers
• Deep hands-on expertise in GCP and Kubernetes
• Proven track record in observability, incident management, and cost optimization
• Experience integrating monitoring and alerting tools
• A perfectionist mindset with proactive ownership

What You'll Do

• Architect and refine our GCP observability stack (monitoring, alerting, incident response)
• Lead business continuity and risk contingency planning
• Champion cloud cost optimization initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 8 SRE/DevOps engineers
