Establish, model, and continuously evolve an AI-driven approach across the team's entire workflow
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
Serve as technical lead and primary contributor on complex stability improvements
Own the prioritization and execution of the reliability backlog
Partner with Product, QA, and other engineering teams to triage incoming issues
Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices
Drive continuous-improvement initiatives
Report regularly to the CTO on team velocity, backlog health, and product reliability metrics
Recruit, onboard, and develop engineers

6+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years in a technical lead/engineering management role
Hands-on experience with LLM tools
Strong proficiency in C#
.NET
Angular
SQL Server
Experience with multi-product production portfolios
Incident RCA
Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and managing the performance of engineers
Proven ability to coach and uplift a team in adopting AI tools and workflows
Experience maintaining or supporting large, multi-product software portfolios in a production environment
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
Experience managing and prioritizing a high-volume backlog
Strong communication and organizational skills
Track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams
Comfort working across codebases at varying levels of maturity
