The Smart Grid Technology Lab focuses on research in real-time simulation technologies, microgrid energy management, control systems, and other smart grid technologies. We apply cutting-edge technologies to the digital power industry. The lab has developed into a research organization with significant achievements and a strong impact in the industry.
About the job
- Develop and optimize high-efficiency Supercharging Converter systems used in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and high reliability.
- Create technical specifications and detailed schematics for Supercharging Converter designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Supercharging Converter systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in power conversion, battery charging, and renewable energy systems.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to advance knowledge in supercharging technologies.
- Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business goals.
About the ideal candidate
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, with a strong publication record.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development used for power control.
- Proficiency with circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSpice, Simulink, and LTspice).
- Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle charging standards (e.g., CCS and CHAdeMO), and supercharging technology.
- Strong international technological foresight with the ability to analyze and make decisions on cutting-edge technology trends, fostering industry-leading competitiveness.
- Proven experience in leading new technology development programs and driving innovation.
