Our client Navigator HR is looking for Graphic Designer in Lahore.
Graphic Designers design text books (print and digital) and all related products for teachers and students, ranging in age from Kindergarten to 8th Grade. Designers are highly skilled in InDesign with Photoshop and Illustrator experience as well. Must be able to work quickly and take directions well. We would prefer the applicant to work in person in our Peachtree City office, but remote work is an option for this position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, layout, and digital production of products
- Follow, establish, and improve product development workflows
- Includes new products and updates to existing products.
- Includes print and digital products and product components

- Includes providing documentation and training on workflow processes as needed
- Initial focus is on preparing, importing, and setting up pdfs in new digital curriculum system, including establishment and documentation of efficient, effective processes and workflow
- Create Visual Content: Design engaging graphics for various products, including print and digital materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across projects.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop new creative concepts for products, considering audience engagement and the latest design trends.
- Production Design: Prepare final design files and specs for digital and print production, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Review and Edit: Make necessary revisions based on feedback and provide multiple design iterations when required.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry trends, design software updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge visuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Experience with both digital and print design.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
