How you’ll make an impact in this role

Architect dynamic user experiences by leveraging React and modern state-management tools to build scalable, high-performing SaaS applications that directly elevate the user journey.

Bridge the gap between legacy and modern tech by guiding the seamless migration of older frameworks (like Knockout.js) into our modern React ecosystem, ensuring zero disruption to daily workflows.

Optimize data flow and application speed by writing high-performing SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database tunings to deliver lightning-fast data retrieval for our users.

Build for the future by developing reusable component libraries and utilizing TypeScript to ensure long-term code quality, stability, and UI/UX consistency across the entire platform.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

3+ Years of Production-Grade React Ecosystem Experience

Deep, hands-on expertise building complex SaaS applications using React alongside tools like Redux, Context API, React Query, or modern bundlers (Webpack/Vite).

Legacy Framework Migration Capability

Proven, practical experience working with or migrating away from older JavaScript frameworks—specifically Knockout.js, Backbone, or Angular 1.x.

Advanced Relational SQL Proficiency

High-level mastery of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) with the ability to independently write complex queries, joins, and execute performance tuning.
