Software Test Engineer

Job description

• Responsible for testing work related to robotic projects, developing testing plans, planning and implementing them to ensure project quality and progress.
• Design and execute test cases, track and locate defects or issues in product software.
• Participate in product requirements, system design, and program code reviews, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Participate in product software development and track project progress, guiding and assisting field engineers in resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Familiar with robot-related products, such as cleaning robots, AGV, candidates with relevant testing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, understanding of the Linux operating system and common commands, experience in software development preferred.
• Possess a good awareness of code standards, familiar with Git version control and agile development processes.
• Good at read and write in English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
