Craft innovative capabilities in our API products
Design and implement modern Java services
Make high-level technical and architectural decisions
Own features end-to-end
Make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs
Author technical design documents, API documentation, and architectural proposals
Develop testing suites and validation strategies
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design discussions
Expand and evolve our integration strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience building and deploying software applications
Strong experience with Java and modern Java tooling for backend development
A proven track record of designing scalable, secure APIs and integration solutions
Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across teams
A proactive, curious mindset
Passion for building technology that makes a tangible difference
