AI Tech Lead (Computer Vision)

We're looking for an experienced engineer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of Python and Computer Vision solutions. Whether you're an established Tech Lead or a strong Senior ready to step up, we want to talk.

This role goes beyond hands-on development - you'll shape long-term technical strategy, lead complex initiatives, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems that align with business and client expectations.

• Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in CV solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions
• Define and drive technical strategy aligned with business and client goals
• Design and own end-to-end Computer Vision systems (data → model → deployment)
• Establish engineering and MLOps best practices
• Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams
• Manage technical risks, compliance, and system sustainability

Requirements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production systems
• Track record of taking systems from prototype to production
• Solid experience with Computer Vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, video analytics) - or strong ML/deep learning experience with a clear path into CV
• Proficiency in Python & C++
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV
• Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals (CNNs, Transformers)

Nice to Have

• Prior Tech Lead experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional teams
• Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, ML pipelines)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark)
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant technical field (but, we care far more about what you've built than what you've studied)
• Experience with Generative AI or multi-modal systems
• Experience working with international clients or in outsourcing environments
• Contributions to research, publications, or open source
