My email can be found on my LinkedIn page. ***Ready to build the backbone of a modern engineering organization?We’re looking for a Principal Platform Engineer to architect and scale a next-generation cloud platform powering secure, reliable, and high-velocity software delivery—including support for AI-enabled applications. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you’ll define how engineering operates at scale.What You’ll Own

• Lead the design of a scalable, secure platform that standardizes how teams build and deploy software
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and production-grade
• Develop infrastructure as code (Terraform) with reusable, enterprise-ready modules
• Embed security into every layer (DevSecOps, policy-as-code, secrets, governance)
• Implement progressive delivery (canary, blue/green) and rapid recovery strategies
• Establish end-to-end observability across microservices and distributed systems
• Drive AWS cloud architecture, including IAM, networking, and operational visibility
• Partner across teams to set standards and elevate engineering maturityWhat You Bring
• 10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure at a senior or principal level
• Proven experience running complex CI/CD environments at scale
• Deep expertise with Terraform and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong DevSecOps mindset (security automation, compliance, policy enforcement)
• Experience building observability for distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, IAM, and networking
• Ability to influence across teams and drive enterprise-wide standardsWhy This Role
