Organization
The Security Products and Platform Organization owns the security products and platforms that protect OCI
and the broader Oracle ecosystem, including foundational capabilities such as identity and access
management, key management, and other security services. The organization is combining security
capabilities across Oracle to create a more consistent, scalable approach to protecting customers and cloud
services.
As AI changes both the threat landscape and how cloud platforms operate, the organization is rethinking
how foundational security capabilities must evolve. The team is focused on solving complex,
forward-looking security challenges while operating with a lean, high-impact product model. Senior product
leaders are expected to work independently, partner closely with engineering and architecture, and bring a
strong customer and market perspective to major platform decisions.
Exciting Opportunity
This is an opportunity to shape the future of cloud security at the intersection of AI, identity, and platform
architecture. You will help define how foundational security capabilities evolve for an AI-driven world,
influence strategy across a broad portfolio rather than a single product, and work directly with highly
technical leaders to turn bold ideas into scalable products and platforms. The role offers significant scope,
senior visibility, and the opportunity to shape how Oracle approaches security as AI transforms both the
threat environment and the way cloud services are built and used.
Basic Qualifications
- Extensive product management experience with deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, identity,
infrastructure security, or a related domain.
- Experience owning or influencing multiple products, platforms, or interconnected capabilities.
- Strong technical fluency and credibility with senior architects and engineering leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive ambiguous, high-impact problems from definition through
execution.
- Ability to translate customer needs and technical complexity into clear product strategy and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational
boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or technical background with subsequent experience in product management.
- Breadth across multiple security domains and experience with foundational security platforms.
- Experience leading or partnering on major platform transformations or re-architecture efforts.
- Hands-on experience using AI to prototype, build, integrate APIs, or accelerate product development.
- Experience in a security-focused technology company, cloud platform, or similarly complex technical
environment.
- A hands-on operating style with a strong customer perspective and a track record of turning strategy into
results.
