<New Graduate Hiring> Manufacturing Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities Own manufacturing test activities for released products. Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production. Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams. Lead debugging, qualification, Gage R&R (MSC) analysis, and release of duplicate test hardware. Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low yield, QA failures, and other test-related issues. Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices in collaboration with process owners. Drive test automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, test coverage, and product quality. Required Qualifications Within 2 years of working experience in relative field. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred. Solid understanding of software/system testing methodologies Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations Experience with machine language (e.g., Java, C++) Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality English communication, reading, writing More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-2370
