Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across GBS by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing technology-driven solutions, and ensuring alignment between continuous improvement objectives and digitalization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate automation and digitalization opportunities across business processes.
• Collaborate with RPA, ERP, BI, AI, and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions.
• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
• Assess business processes and support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation use cases.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and technologies such as Power BI, DataBricks, UiPath, Microsoft 365, AI solutions, and other productivity platforms.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
• Support change management and user adoption activities related to new technologies and automation solutions.
• Monitor benefits realization and contribute to efficiency improvement targets through automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Automation, or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of process automation technologies (RPA, AI, Workflow Automation, Analytics).
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, UiPath, Power Platform, ERP systems, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage.
