Lead enterprise data architecture, setting technical direction, standards, and priorities for pipelines, automation, and governance
Design and govern scalable end-to-end pipelines, data models, integrations, APIs, and cloud data warehouse solutions
Advance orchestration, CI/CD, automated data quality, schema management, and self-healing patterns
Establish standards for data access, security, lineage, metadata, quality, discoverability, and privacy
Partner with technical and ministry leaders to deliver trusted data solutions supporting analytics, AI, and machine learning
Mentor data professionals

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
5–10 years in data engineering, data architecture, or senior data platform roles
Experience designing enterprise-scale pipelines, data models, integrations, and cloud data platforms using Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, and Python
Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, Azure services, and Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud integrations
Ability to establish data governance, security, RBAC, quality, lineage, metadata, and privacy practices
Experience with Agile delivery and knowledge of CCPA/GDPR
