Responsibilities

Lead architecture across Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse environments
Drive legacy-to-cloud data modernization initiatives
Design Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and transformations
Establish enterprise data standards (naming, lineage, metadata, governance)
Design scalable Lakehouse/Data Warehouse solutions for analytics and AI/ML
Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows

Requirements

Microsoft Fabric + Lakehouse architecture experience
Proven data modernization leadership experience
Strong ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and pipeline development
Hands-on with Medallion Architecture
Azure data ecosystem (Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)
Data governance + Purview experience
Integration experience (APIs, streaming, event-based systems)

Preferred

Experience with systems like Salesforce, Encompass, HappyFox, Polly
Azure Document Intelligence or AI/data enablement exposure
MDM experience
Financial services or regulated industry background
