Responsibilities

Develop features and enhancements to marketing sites
Own front-end web development projects
Craft code that meets internal standards
Lead front-end architecture decisions
Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with the Web Platforms team on CMS integration
Implement responsive designs
Work with Marketing teams to implement tracking and analytics code
Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers
Partner with Product and Strategy teams to scope major initiatives
Identify and implement improvements to the front-end codebase
Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

3-6 years of professional front-end web development experience
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Expertise in React/NextJS
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with modern CSS methodologies
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Experience building inclusive web experiences
Experience with modern deployment and hosting platforms
Experience with web applications
Experience with headless CMS platforms
Experience with component-driven content architecture
Experience with Storybook for component development
Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with build tools
Familiarity with package managers
Track record managing technical debt strategically
Track record leading system modernization efforts
Experience with lead gen form architecture
Experience implementing web analytics
Experience with data layer management
Experience with tag management
Experience with web performance optimization
Experience with SEO technical fundamentals
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience running or heavily contributing to a team’s execution
Self-starter mentality
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to reason from first-principles how technologies work/affect outcomes
Experience integrating AI coding tools
