Consolidate various software components into encapsulated components
Provide fault-tolerant, high-performance software solutions for medium-sized companies
Review and suggest code changes made by other team members
Participate in the development of software code by making appropriate changes where necessary
Automate production software deployments using Harness and DevOps
Alerting and monitoring
Mentor and guide other engineers on the team
Use engineering best practices to initiate, plan, and execute technical projects
Execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wide projects
Demonstrate craftsmanship and produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration
Manage and maintain multiple production and non-production environments
Ensure environments are setup with standard automated build and release processes
Build, leverage and analyze tools, application logs, and analytics data to determine improvements to the product and engineering services
Evangelize technical standards across large orgs to drive concrete outcomes
Spot the right tradeoffs when it comes to fine-tuning systems for speed, robustness, and cost efficiency
Participate in setting the technical vision and objectives for multiple teams in alignment with business and market needs
Coach, challenge, and guide engineers on the issue troubleshooting front via a root cause analysis process
Strong communication and analytical skills

10+ years experience as Java backend developer
Experience with Java
Experience with Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices
Experience with Azure Core Java
Experience with Java Spring
Experience with Java security framework
Experience with Confluent Kafka
Knowledge of pub/sub architecture
Strong in CICD
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Helm Chart
Experience with Docker
Cloud knowledge is must
Experience with Azure Kubernetes
Experience with Azure Terraform
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Azure networking
Experience with SQL
Experience with Azure MS SQL, MS SQL, NO-SQL Cassandra, GitHub, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Harness, Rancher, DR systems
