Design and development of ETL
Gather requirements
Perform data analysis
Design systems
Develop and implement systems
Provide post-implementation support
Collaborate with Data Architects/Models
Move data from source feeds to target systems
Collaborate with users, business analysts, developers, database administrators, and project managers on reporting needs
Collaborate with data architect to create data models for reporting databases
Implement changes
Provide post-implementation user and system support
Identify and advocate beneficial change opportunities
Act as a technical resource for application and data users, data administrators and others
Ensure compliance with TriWest HIPAA, privacy and government security policies

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with programming and database systems coursework or equivalent database development experience
U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role
2+ years of experience with Azure
3+ years of experience developing data integration related source code in Python, R, SQL, or equivalent
Experience in ETL with both structured and semi-structured data
Experience in gathering business requirements from cross functional teams
Experience with SDLC processes
Experience with DevOps
