Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ops Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and operational excellence of critical internet-facing commercial banking systems. You will support and monitor all environments of the Order Manager platform, driving automation, testing, and continuous improvement across CI/CD and Azure-based deployments.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a large corporate environment while remaining hands-on and independent.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and reliability of major internet-facing commercial banking systems.
• Monitor, support, and optimize all environments of the Order Manager platform.
• Drive automation and testing to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Deploy, review, and manage Azure-based infrastructure and repositories.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for production-grade banking applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large corporate environment.
• Apply Agile concepts to daily operations and project delivery.
• Analyze complex issues, summarize key insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work in a hybrid model (1 day onsite in Amsterdam).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure (deployments, repositories, code reviews).
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Banking industry experience supporting production systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
