Support and maintain legacy applications built on .NET Framework 4.5–4.8
Debug, patch, and upgrade dependencies
Troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, indexes, execution plans, deadlocks, and query performance
Execute manual data corrections with audit trails and verification
Understand and modify complex legacy codebases
Support application hosting, monitoring, and deployment workflows
Engage in incident management and SLA-based support
Document fixes and root cause analyses
Communicate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

8+ years of experience
Expertise in .NET Framework 4.5 - 4.8
Proficiency in C#
Proficiency in Visual Studio
Advanced debugging techniques
Strong knowledge of SQL Server
Experience with troubleshooting stored procedures, indexes, execution plans, deadlocks, and query performance
Experience executing controlled, approval-based manual data corrections
Ability to understand and safely modify complex, tightly-coupled legacy codebases with minimal documentation
Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipelines
Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Secrets Manager, SNS)
Familiarity in incident management and SLA-based support processes
Strong ability to document fixes and root cause analyses
Clear communication with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
