IOS DEVELOPER

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 7+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of iOS development
• Expert in Objective-C, Core Services, Media and Cocoa Touch frameworks, developer tools (Xcode 5), and workflows (both manual memory management and ARC, debugging, profiling, unit testing, continuous integration, provisioning, distributing and submission to the App Store)
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience working with Java
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• A desire to architect great apps and build robust, reusable components
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• A mobile evangelist
