DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), substantial

experience with CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of PCI DSS (Payment Card

Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. The DevOps Engineer will be instrumental in

developing, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring the security and reliability of

our services.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable

infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

CI/CD Pipelines

Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous

deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate deployments, testing, and monitoring.

Security Compliance

Ensure that infrastructure and processes adhere to PCI DSS

standards and other relevant regulations.

Monitoring & Logging

Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging

solutions to ensure system health and performance.

Collaboration

Partner with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders

to optimize and secure the development lifecycle.

Automation

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and

application deployments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

Incident Response

Lead and participate in incident response activities to swiftly restore

services and conduct root cause analysis.

Documentation

Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of

systems, processes, and workflows.
