Quality Tools Specialist / Planisware Key User - CTBC

• Support the design, development, analysis, and maintenance of digital solutions that improve administrative processes and translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions
• Develop and maintain data and analytics solutions, database structures, dashboards, and reporting tools that support reliable data and useful business insights
• Help ensure that digital solutions meet quality, cybersecurity, legal, and IT governance requirements
• Work with global stakeholders, process owners, and users to support roll-outs, provide training, and encourage continuous improvement
• Act as Key User for the Project Management software

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in IT business solutions, digitalization, or application development
• Experience in solution delivery, project management, or digitalization and automation projects
• Good understanding of business processes, product development lifecycles, quality management systems, and other relevant governance topics
• Experience or strong interest in programming, low-code tools such as Mendix, databases, data engineering, analytics, or reporting
• Experience in project management software
• Good communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders and project teams
• Structured problem-solving skills and awareness of quality, compliance, and cybersecurity topics
