OT Cybersecurity Specialist – Coordination & Planning, 80-100% (f/m/x)

Your role

• Coordinate and prioritize cybersecurity topics across stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity analyst team can focus on the highest-value activities
• Collaborate with product management, development teams, sales, and application engineering to transform ideas, requirements, and customer feedback into well-structured and actionable work items
• Facilitate prioritization and planning discussions and help stakeholders understand trade-offs, dependencies, effort, and impact
• Support the cybersecurity analyst team in maintaining focus by ensuring incoming cybersecurity topics are transparently evaluated, structured, and aligned with agreed priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, workflows, and knowledge sharing across cybersecurity-related activities

What makes you a great fit

• Education or practical experience in computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, product management, or a related field
• Good understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts, network security, and common attack techniques
• Ability to assess technical cybersecurity topics and translate them into clear priorities and actionable tasks
• Experience in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems
• You enjoy taking ownership, creating clarity, and driving topics independently from idea to implementation
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and stakeholders
