6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Job description

Independent Operator and also work with a small team of Java developerss to rely on for DB specific policy/practice questions.

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the following technologies or their direct equivalents:

  • Tomcat 8
  • Java 7 and 8 General knowledge and comprehension of:
  • HTML5/CSS
  • Agile methodology
  • Migrate legacy Java application running on Tomcat 6 to Tomcat 8. Update the Java version to 8 as well.
  • Update/correct documentation to reflect all changes
  • Provide L3 support for the platform during and immediately after migration
  • Provide minor enhancements to UI and business logic
