Job Description

Automated Test Equipment Design and Optimization

• Assist in designing and optimizing automated test equipment based on product testing requirements to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Use common engineering drawing and design tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create and modify equipment parts.

New Product Introduction Equipment Planning and Installation

• Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, assisting in the planning, installation, and calibration of test equipment to ensure a smooth transition of the testing process to mass production.
• Collaborate with engineers for on-site testing and adjustments, resolving initial equipment anomalies.

Equipment Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs of equipment according to standard operating procedures to ensure stable operation of production line equipment.
• Assist in recording and analyzing equipment anomaly data and provide preliminary improvement suggestions.

Technical Documentation Writing and Updating

• Write and update equipment operation manuals, maintenance records, and related technical documents to ensure accuracy and traceability.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Personnel Training

• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to help resolve technical issues related to equipment during the production process.
• Assist in training production line operators on the correct use and maintenance of test equipment.
