Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the ScriptMed Cloud Platform
Build, configure, and modify systems to support new customer onboarding and tenant creation, identifying and implementing automation opportunities for manual workflows
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, executable work for a distributed engineering team with no direct production access
Handle client data responsibly, maintaining compliance with data handling, security, and privacy standards
Collaborate with the stateside systems engineer and stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in design reviews, and deliver well-documented solutions
Bring new ideas and best practices to a growing team
Adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other such policies, procedures, and requirements
Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical issues, including outside standard business hours

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
C# proficiency required; this is the primary development language for this role
SQL knowledge required; ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries
Scripting experience for automation and tooling purposes
Ability to take ownership of projects and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and test-driven development practices
Strong troubleshooting aptitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology required

Experience working with or communicating across distributed or offshore team structures is a plus
