Development, modification, maintenance, and testing of information systems, subsystems, and databases
Support for management, stakeholder, customer, developer, and end-user meetings
Participation in change management sessions
Customer support and documentation support
Infrastructure support, development support, and functional testing
Review and analysis of project management plans
Designing, developing, and supporting web services and re-engineered components based on business needs and priorities
Establishing standards and guidelines for web service development and usage
Strong programming skills
HTTPS/SOAP/RESTful web services development
XML/JSON/XSLT development
Systems documentation and unit test plan development
Peer reviews, configuration management, and change control processes
RDBMS and database normalization
Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
Code compilation, error correction, defect support, retesting, and technical troubleshooting
Risk identification and contingency planning
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with DevOps, JIRA, and Phire is preferred
Experience with Human Resources application environments is strongly preferred
PeopleSoft, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, .NET/ASP, ColdFusion, Visual Basic, or similar experience is preferred
Federal IT, cleared environment, RMF/FISMA, or secure operations experience is preferred
