Job Description

Our client is one of the leading IT consulting companies, providing Enterprise Information & Communication Technology, Communication, and Test & Measurement.

• Managing and resolving HRIS and HR ticket issues.
• Ensuring timely resolution within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Troubleshooting and providing support for running applications
• Enhancing applications.
• Planning and conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with HR business processes.
• Essential experience with Oracle.
• Proficiency in either .NET C# or Java programming languages.
• Competence in database programming with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
