Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Resolve complex technical issues using creative problem-solving
  • Contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectives
  • Perform test-driven development
  • Coordinate activities of other personnel as needed
  • Maintain laboratory security mandates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum five years of related IT experience
  • Strong background in Java
  • Strong background in Spring framework
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance
  • Pass pre-employment screening including drug and alcohol testing and MVR check

Preferred

  • Active DOE or DoD clearance within the past two years
  • Previous DOE or NNSA work experience
  • Java or Spring certifications
  • MySQL database experience
  • Experience with newer versions of Angular
