What Youll Do

• Enable the creation of more innovative products for food preparation, preservation and cleaning.
• Giving customer a friendly reception according to quality guidelines.
• Providing consumer with most appropriate information and correct solution
• Adding sales whenever possible, suiting the customer needs.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
