Developer, ServiceNow Senior (Multiple Positions) – Group Health, Inc. dba HealthPartners (Bloomington, MN) Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

Duties include

develop and implement custom solutions and features; configure and customize existing ServiceNow modules and apps to meet specific business requirements; write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, and other ServiceNow scripting languages; troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues; document solutions, processes, and configurations; analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement; collab with business stakeholders to understand needs and requirements; participate in design and implementation of new or improved processes; and, contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and solutions.
