Senior Manager

As the Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of our AI and Advanced Tech initiatives, guiding a team of experts. Your primary focus will be on architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions, leveraging technologies such as React, JS, Python, SQL, and Agentic AI. You will play a crucial role in shaping our AI strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

• Lead and manage a team of AI and technology experts, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Architect and design AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Implement and integrate AI technologies, including React, JS, Python, and SQL, to create innovative products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose strategic initiatives for the department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their AI needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of AI systems, conducting regular reviews and optimizations.
• Document and communicate AI project progress, providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI and Advanced Tech team.
• A proven track record of leading and managing AI projects, with a strong understanding of AI architecture.
• Expertise in front-end development with React and JS, and backend development with Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL for data-driven AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, and Langchain frameworks.
• Familiarity with Claude SDK or similar AI development platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with AI trends.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to project management.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and technology management, with a successful track record.
