Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions
  • Provide technical direction to the team across front-end and back-end technologies
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive solutions
  • Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic
  • Conduct and lead code reviews and enforce best coding practices
  • Investigate and address bugs to uphold platform reliability
  • Ensure security and compliance of web applications
  • Stay abreast of latest technologies and frameworks
  • Design the platform for scalability and flexibility
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
  • 2+ years in a lead or manager role
  • Proficiency in .NET Core and C#
  • Proficiency in GraphQL and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in Docker
  • Proficiency in Javascript, Vue.js, and/or React.js
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with microservices and clean architecture
  • Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with unit, integration, and function testing
  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
  • Knowledge of web security best practices
  • Experience in performance optimization for high-traffic applications
