Data Integration experience who is able to understand, articulate and guide the team in implementing data integration patterns
Hands-on in Informatica Power Center experience specifically on the Advanced edition.
Hands-on in Informatica Power Exchange for Mainframes, FTP, Flatfile, XML and DB2
Understand high level business requirements and create design specs for the development to follow
Should know the basics of TSO /ISPF
