Experience & Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in Avaya Aura.
• Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business-sponsored IT project.
• Key contributor to overall project success.
• Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete.
• Expert in one or more business systems related to Healthcare or Payer.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
• Expert in LWC development, AURA, and Agentforce.

MUST HAVE
