The Role

IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues.

Reports to SVP, Legal.

The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
  • Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response
  • Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
  • Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
  • Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
