Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of our AI agents into customers' workflows — from discovery to live production in under seven days

Deconstruct complex, multi-step business processes (SOPs) into structured logic that can be executed by our AI agents, covering key flows like insurance verification, claim submission, and payment posting

Design and optimize agents to navigate diverse software environments — handling complex UI patterns, non-standard interfaces, and cross-platform workflows across payer portals and practice management systems

Configure the communication layer of our agents so they proactively flag exceptions and escalate to human colleagues with the right context, enabling fast resolution without breaking the workflow

Debug interactions between our AI agents and browser-native and desktop environments to ensure 99%+ execution reliability in production

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Strong technical foundation, with deep familiarity in data structures, system design, and system integration

At least 1 year in a customer-facing implementation/delivery role for software or SaaS products such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Customer Success, Business/Systems Analyst, or Technical Pre/Post-Sales

Ability to quickly understand the nuances of a client's business processes across industries and identify the gold-standard workflow

Builder mindset, with the ability to operate in unstructured technical environments where APIs are often unavailable

Excellent ability to bridge technical implementation and non-technical business stakeholders

Preferred

Prior experience building AI SaaS products

Prior experience working in healthcare

Startup experience with a strong startup mindset
