Design and implement infrastructure and tools for rapid and secure product iteration
Influence strategic direction of infrastructure and operational practices
Lead resolution of production issues and conduct blameless incident reviews
Collaborate with product teams on deployments, release management, and incident handling
Provide technical expertise for platform modernization and infrastructure adoption
Build and deploy AI-powered tooling including autonomous coding agents and LLM-assisted CI/CD
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Deep Kubernetes expertise managing and maintaining clusters
3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code and cloud provisioning
3-5 years of development and scripting experience in Go or Python
3-5 years of experience in operational roles overseeing production settings
Proficiency with modern cloud native tools like ArgoCD, Terraform, or Crossplane
Experience with Grafana LGTM stack for observability
Expertise in Linux environments and containerization
Knowledge of production management for distributed systems
AI fluency with ability to build and deploy LLM-powered developer tooling
Proficient in written and spoken English
