Field Service Engr II

The Field Service Engineer (ICT Engineer) is responsible for the maintenance and support of Honeywell Building Automation Systems (BAS), as well as network, security, and cloud-based ICT infrastructure.

Network & Infrastructure Support

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network performance and communication issues.
• Support routing, switching, and network configuration activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents.

Security Support

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of firewall and VPN solutions.
• Monitor and support network security activities.
• Follow cybersecurity best practices and security policies.

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Support

• Support Microsoft 365 administration and user services.
• Assist with cloud-based services, including Microsoft Azure.
• Troubleshoot system and application-related issues.

Customer Support

• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain service documentation and technical records.

*Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 0 to 5 years of experience in ICT, networking, system administration, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of routing and switching concepts.
• Understanding of firewall, VPN, and network security fundamentals.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Language

• Business-level English communication skills.

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with firewall or VPN operation.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
