Key Roles and Responsibilities

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Design client-side and server-side architecture

Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Write effective APIs

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Create security and data protection settings

Create quality mockups and prototypes

Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Write technical documentation

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Qualifications for Full Stack Developer

5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

7 years of experience developing web and mobile applications

Familiarity with common modern stacks

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)

Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design

Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be very detail oriented, possess excellent follow-through, and can multi-task

Must be self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Excellent time management skills

Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment

Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions

Excellent proficiency in English communication – Read, write, speak fluently in English

Working hours

Saturday through Thursday – 8 am to 6 pm Bangladesh Time (including lunchtime).

Our US business hours overlap (6 pm to 11 pm Pacific time) Hours for some departments may vary depending on the tasks involved. You are required to be online and very active while you are on the clock.
