Build new digital health products and improve existing ones
Design and build solutions with a cloud- and security-first approach
Participate in every stage of frontend development: design, code, review, test, integration, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of user interfaces
Participate in code reviews and PR-based workflows
Help uphold coding standards and architectural boundaries
Mentor other engineers through pairing, reviews, and shared knowledge
Promote good practices across the team

A 4-year degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or a related discipline
5+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS frameworks
Strong experience building component-based UIs and consuming REST APIs with a modern framework
Proven technical skills: the ability to work with APIs, query databases, and solve common problems
Experience with authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, RBAC, API keys)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
A passion for learning and the ability to design and build solutions quickly
Empathy: you need to understand the user to be effective
The ability to manage your time and get things done without cutting quality
Comfort with change as a constant

Experience in a regulated industry, especially healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medtech
Prior experience with SMART on FHIR and EMR/EHR platform integrations
Full stack knowledge is beneficial
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure across core services (Web Apps, APIM, VNet, SQL), including securing cloud environments, deployment, monitoring, and scaling
Experience deploying and managing web applications (Azure with Bicep or Azure CLI preferred; other platforms considered)
Experience building secure APIs in C# and ASP.NET Core, including JWT, RBAC, and API keys
Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core middleware, route handlers, and API layer patterns
