UiPath Advanced Developer Module Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior RPA & Hyperautomation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions while driving innovation through AI-powered automation, document intelligence, and LLM-based use cases.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation delivery and exposure to developing AI-powered solutions using Python, Machine Learning frameworks, and modern LLM ecosystems.

Key ResponsibilitiesRPA Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Develop attended and unattended bots using UiPath REFramework.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Hyperautomation & AI

• Identify automation opportunities using Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI-based assessments.
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Develop automation workflows integrating AI and Machine Learning models.
• Create AI-assisted business process automations.

GenAI & LLM Development

• Develop and implement RAG-based solutions.
• Build AI Assistants and enterprise chatbots.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, or similar models into automation workflows.
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs for domain-specific business use cases.
• Develop AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks.

Machine Learning

• Develop predictive and classification models using Python.
• Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases.

Integration & Development

• Develop API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Integrate automation solutions with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
• Build automation dashboards and monitoring capabilities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree (M.Tech / MCA / MBA-IT / Data Science) is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
• Hands-on development experience using Python for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
• Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is desirable.

• UiPath AI Center Specialist Certification.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
• Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100).
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Generative AI / LLM Certifications from Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Google, or equivalent.

• Experience with UiPath Agent Builder.
• Exposure to Process Mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
• Experience building AI-powered copilots and enterprise chatbots.
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and open-source LLMs such as Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, or Falcon.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
